With more than 15 years of valuation, transaction support, and corporate finance experience, David is recognized as an approachable and knowledgeable expert who is frequently called upon to assist with complex deal structures and novel healthcare valuation issues. His practice focuses on valuation and consulting for mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, partnership transactions, intellectual property arrangements, physician compensation, and general operations and transaction support. David previously co-led healthcare valuation teams at two national healthcare consulting firms, and served as Director of Physician Compensation and Director of Finance, Transactions at VillageMD, a national leader in value-based primary care.

In his spare time David enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters, running, paddle boarding, and exploring the beauty of Northern Michigan where he resides.
